Creamy Leek & Chicken Style Pieces Puff Pastry Pie

Ingredients

  • 300g bag of frozen chicken style pieces
  • Homemade cheese sauce
  • 1 vegetarian stock cube
  • 1 diced leek
  • A sprinkle of Nutmeg
  • 50g of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Seasoning to taste
  • A handful of tarragon leaves
  • Ready made puff pastry

Method

  1. Saute your diced leek in a spray of oil for around five minutes or until softened
  2. Stir in your MTA chicken style pieces
  3. Add the prepared homemade cheese sauce and bring to temperature for around 8 minutes
  4. Place in a pie dish and add a ready rolled pastry lid
  5. Glaze the pastry with egg wash
  6. Cook in hot oven at 200C/400F/gas6 for 25 to 30 minutes
